Eight Cup Glass Chemex

My drip-loving parents always said it was so fussy. But pour over is arguably faster, tastes better and has less acid. I think it takes 4 pours of the kettle and <10m.

Don’t skip on the Chemex brand cotton filters. They make a huge difference!
